      Pros

      If luck favors you, you will get promoted in week or two.. I have seen people getting promoted to lead level in a week and manager level within two months that too with minimum experience.

      Cons

      Every day your job is on toss.. That one person decides your day and your employment. Firing the employees is the cake walk for the management.

      Here by I truly appreciate Mohit and Teena for the quick turn around in regards to communication with the employee, appreciate the restless effort in onboarding the employee and building the entrust in the employee. Compared to many staffing and consulting firm, you guys stand out uniquely with respect to the knowledge about immigration, taking responsibility and making employee to believe and build trust with the organization.
