I worked at Protocol Global Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

24-hour call center with all shift available, ample training before starting on the phones, and team leads were always very helpful. They also had a referrals program to recruit.

Cons

Little room for growth unless you were on a call campaign that had license requirements for higher pay.

    Pros

    I guess the money was decent for a call centre position. My co-workers were also a lot of fun.

    Cons

    Where to begin. Extremely stressful environment. You are constantly pushed to answer call after call after call. Sometimes you need to skip breaks during peak times which can just mentally overwhelm you. There's also so much to do at all times. Like I understand multi-tasking, but sometimes you need a couple minutes between calls just to log good notes of the call you just had.
