Approves of CEO

Pros

The mission is wonderful and most employees are committed to it. The other employees are friendly and generally easy to work with

Cons

Pay is below average and unless you want to change job functions, you are stuck with very small raises per year. This leads to some high turnover.

Advice to Management

More opportunities to advance and bring pay up to par with other area companies, or even other locations within Providence.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Co workers are for the most part compassionate...

    Cons

Management is not compassionate to employees needs - our department doesn't even have a supervisor.

    Advice to Management

Management has left the medical records department in shambles - the staff remaining feel out of sorts - not knowing when their jobs will be "eliminated" or outsourced - shame on management for turning a dead ear to the medical records department. The employees are not kept in the loop of what their future holds.
