    Pros

Great health benefits, pay and a group that is working to make a world a better place. They provide extensive training and development. Movement within the organization can be difficult but there is always more to learn and encouragement to do so.

    Cons

As in any orginazation your experience depends greatly on your peers and superiors. One weekness is the organizations inability to confront and resolve conflicts.

    Advice to Management

When people are not displaying the characteristics consistent with culture and mission the behavior should be corrected or removed.

    Pros

room for growth, a large company so many opportunities, the people really care about eachother, the quality of work is important to leadership, no layoffs have been done during the tough economy.

    Cons

leadership has staff working on too many large initiatives at once with no clear direction. It can be difficult to move up the ladder but not impossible.

    Advice to Management

Have one clearly focused large initiative going at a time. There are so many going on right now it feels like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Implement salary overviews to ensure people that've been with the company for a long time are being fairly compensated. It's frustrating to get an annual increase that barely matches the rate of inflation.
