Pros

Prudential has great benefits, perks and work/life balance.

Cons

The biggest challenge was the politics and working with people who've been in roles their whole career their and not open to assisting with career development.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Prudential full-time

    Pros

    - Great people
    - Good company ethics
    - Good benefits

    Cons

    - Too slow to make needed changes to processes
    - Outdated technology

    Advice to Management

    - The company can be too slow sometimes. This is good and bad as it makes the company very secure and fosters an ethical culture, but it also diminishes innovation and makes the company less appealing to younger talent.

    I worked at Prudential full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, training is excellent, work-life balance is really good, compensation is determined by your bonus

    Cons

Use of forced ranking is bad for morale. Managers are sabotaging each other to avoid the lower quadrant. Amazing amount of buzzwords used in meetings. Almost comical.

    Advice to Management

Directors are inward focused as apposed to being externally focused because of forced ranking.
