Pros
If you are a director or above, you will be compensated and valued otherwise you are a worker bee and they do not care about all the TLs and DCMs actually doing the work and taking care of their customers.
Cons
There are no Manager roles for growth and only TL titles which allows them to keep their salary range low. They hire at 10-20% MRR and give little 2-3% raises to keep you under 45% MRR.
Low annual incentive award targets or lower - 10%
You will be expected to take on additional work but not compensated.
When you decide it's time to leave then they offer you retention bonus to try and now keep you.
As a TL and lower, you will get "STUCK" and claims and there are no growth opportunities. They say there is growth, but you will not be able to get an internal interview outside of claims. I have been with the company for over 20 years and its empty promises. There are only 3 directors and no manager roles so you will be "STUCK". I am only here because of the pension and grandfathered in and now they eliminated the RMA. I've wasted my last 20 years. RUN to a Competitor and move up the career ladder and know you are valued and be paid what you are worth!
