There is nothing about positivity

The company suffers from extremely poor management practices, including excessive micromanagement, lack of professional ethics, and an unhealthy work environment. Even minor or negligible mistakes often lead to unnecessary escalations, sometimes used as a reason for salary deductions. No proper training or guidance is provided, and employees are expected to meet unrealistic deadlines without support. Basic workplace facilities are neglected — for example, the drinking water filter was unhygienic and never cleaned, and the office space was dusty and unmaintained. Overall, the environment is toxic and unsupportive, making it very difficult for employees to grow or work productively.
