    - Snacks - Free Lunch ( if you like eating the same nasty food every week) - Friendly staff

    Cons

    - Horrible management -management has no idea what they’re doing themselves. They’re too busy gossiping everyday. - My former coworkers are in fear of getting fired everyday. There’s no sense of structure. - High turnover

    Advice to Management

    Work on structuring your company so people don’t get terminated for no reason. That’s very unethical. I don’t blame the unqualified management their. They don’t know any better. The orders are coming from the CEO who also doesn’t know any better.
