No opinion of CEO

Pros

-Great benefits
-Cool office
-Nice area
-Nice coworkers

Cons

-Core ideas for campaigns/plans aren't resonated to the rest of creative, so when I'm given stuff to work on, I'm not really sure what's going on
-Long hours when it comes close to client reviews/meetings and gaining new business, but I think that's everywhere in the industry

Advice to Management

Communicate where ideas are going more openly so the rest of the office (creative especially) can better the work given before them.

    Pros

One of the more diverse advertising advertising agencies in terms of age and ethnicity.
I am trusted to do my job. Very good work/life balance. Good work is rewarded. Agency
gatherings are times when information is shared, meet new hires, etc. Morale is fairly good.

    Cons

It's better to work on larger accounts for visibility and resources.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of lotus notes.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    Good salaries.
    Decent work/life balance.
    Room for growth.

    Cons

    Creative bar is set low.
    Political environment.
    Lack of agency culture.
    Company in turmoil.
Lack of strong leadership in key positions.

    Advice to Management

Fix the culture. Hire younger, hungrier people. Change the key positions at the top to people who understand the new ad landscape. Reward the people making the work. Reinvent the account side. There is little leadership there.
