Pros

Despite the fact that it owns many businesses, it allows them to maintain culture. As long as you have a good cultural fit in your placement, you still get all of the scale benefits of being part of a large, european group.

Cons

It takes a long time to get anything that impacts more than one company approved. Also, you are required to use internal partners for projects (IT) that are usually competency-challenged.

Advice to Management

Moving in the right direction with online media focus, but need to let the groups manage to the lifecycle of the products.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The worker bees are great; they hire talented people and everyone gets along really well at that level. Fun atmosphere at times.

    Cons

Executive/Senior manage is lacking. Was worse with Randy Browning as CEO, he was ineffectual and a terrible "leader". No work/life balance. Management didn't care about the employees as humans, just churn and burn attitude. Who has to form a committee on "Agency Culture" to work on creating agency culture?! Ugh.

    Advice to Management

Again, now that Randy was removed and they've hired some new executives, I hear it's turning around. However it's still a sweatshop / sausage factory.

    Pros

    1. A lot of hands on experience
    2. Great freedom of what you can do
    3. Friendly working environment
    4. Well known public company

    Cons

    1. Salary (since I was an intern)
    2. Coworker sometimes would try to hide their knowledge of you for job security.

    Advice to Management

Stop firing people and bringing in outsource group from India. quit being cheap and hire people that are motivated to grow with the company.
