Pros

Company is on the right track for success. Lots of digital training initiatives. Getting stronger in New Business. Fun environment.

Cons

NY office is in a horrible location, though it is good for commuters. It would be better if we co-existed with Modem.

Advice to Management

Gianinno may want to shake up senior leadership in the NY office to help company elevate to the next level.

    Pros

Easy to fly under the radar depending on your team. Lax vacation policy that allows for several extra days off. Very liberal "work from home" policy due to many different office locations (people were never in the same place at one time anyway.) Sometimes interesting clients.

    Cons

Uncommunicative/unavailable CEO. Poor creative work; creative was very reactive to the clients. Hard workers constantly passed over for promotions, major gaps in communication and leadership go unnoticed for months or years at a time, unfair/unstructured reviews, and completely incompetent people being promoted up the ladder while being unable to spell words commonly found in the English language.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your teams, listen to the people who do the work for you. Way too top-heavy.

    Pros

Despite the fact that it owns many businesses, it allows them to maintain culture. As long as you have a good cultural fit in your placement, you still get all of the scale benefits of being part of a large, european group.

    Cons

It takes a long time to get anything that impacts more than one company approved. Also, you are required to use internal partners for projects (IT) that are usually competency-challenged.

    Advice to Management

Moving in the right direction with online media focus, but need to let the groups manage to the lifecycle of the products.
