Approves of CEO

Pros

If you're into 'quirky industries' this is the place to go. In the company's heyday, it was very lively and and supportive of it's employees. Hours are good and pay is competitive; this is definitely a place where, if you tried hard, you'd be recognized for your efforts.

Cons

It's a very '1992' vibe; it seems like the company culture stopped developing in the mid-90's. Because of the market they serve, and the medium they use - they are 'stuck in the past'.

Advice to Management

Spend more time researching the next generation of your customers; I'm sure you'll find that that segment - older people in the 'Bible belt' are alot hipper and tech savvy than you give them credit for.

    Pros

It's on Long Island by the water

    Cons

Building is outdated, business is outdated. Anyone intelligent leaves, they don't like to pay. There is a big difference between upper management and everybody else. Also, the company is filled with dinosaurs the average employee has been working with them for 20 years.
