      Pros

      Decent hourly pay.. that's it

      Cons

      too much hours of driving, they do not tell you that you will be traveling 4 hours from your home every day. after 90 days, they switch you to commission and the pay is much much lower than original hourly pay. lack of communication between workers and corporate office/supervisors.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed learning and growing with Pure Air Controls. The training was excellent and my team was incredible.

      Cons

      My office was remote and there were times I wished I had more local support however it did not impact my activity or success.

      Pros

      There used to be a very family and team-oriented culture. It's not like that anymore since it was bought out. Now the culture is more results driven and no-nonsense.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits were not great until the company got bought out. Now the benefits are very good.
