    Pros

Will hire new grads with no land experience.

    Cons

Cancerous office culture. Inept "executives" sell unrealistic promises to clients a low rates. Overburdened project managers are forced to make teams work unpaid overtime to produce a cut-rate product. Day-rates and salaries are well below industry standard. Brazen misclassification of employees as independent-contractors. There is a dress code and enforced working hours for workers classified as contractors. The frequent Dept. of Labor audits will force them to hire several misclassified contractors as W2 salaried employees, which entitles them to a meager salary, paltry benefits, and constant intimidation, after which they will continue misclassifying their workers. Executives and management motivate workers with fear, intimidation, and threats.
