Pros

Great learning opportunities.
Work with and learn from smart people

Cons

Employment benefits can be better.
Can be stressful at times with long hours. It however is not all the time.

Advice to Management

Better distribution of compensation among different levels. Compensation curve for all levels needs to be re-looked at.

    Pros

Great place to work where the employee has many chances for self improvement and advancement. Good group of people to work for and with.

    Cons

While I was at PwC I really did not experience anything that I can describe as a Con. In fact, if I were given the opportunity I would return to work there.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management at PwC is to keep doing more of what you are already doing. I feel you are doing a good job.

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - A lot of smart people
    - Potential for growth
    - Interesting clients
    - Very competitive pay (although not necessarily representative of the work put in)
    - Management is interested and involved

    Cons

    - Very long hours, so you can get burnt out easily
    - Commute can be awful because your current residence isn't usually factored in when scheduling

    Advice to Management

Be more considerate of client assignments for people coming in from outside of the office. If you're already working 15 hour days, you don't want to add an additional two hours of commuting on top of that.
