Pros

Great Work Environment. An excellent place to launch one's career and really take it in the direction he or she wants. Projects are great. You really get to learn a lot about the profession and just the experience you gain within your first two years is great. Even during the internship, you learn a lot and it's all about the networking. So try to meet as many people as you possibly can while you're at PwC.

Cons

The LONG HOURS. Especially during busy season, work hours can be long and sometimes grueling but thats found within the profession of public accounting but other than that 3-5 weeks of vacation and holidays. Benefits are great.

Advice to Management

Communication with employees.

    Pros

Opportunities abound at PwC if you look in the right places. For the most part, raises have been fair, meaning they've met my expectations or exceeded them. The Company is doing its best to balance the needs of its clients as well as its employees. The professional feel of the offices is standard across cities and countries. Of all the Big 4, I believe that PwC is doing the best in terms of treating its employees right (although ever group is a little bit different).

    Cons

The leverage model is inverted, meaning the higher you rise in the Company, the more you are expected to give in terms of time and effort. Although you are awarded financially, the opportunity cost is having a life outside of PwC.

    Advice to Management

Strive to keep morale up during these difficult times.
