I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Amazing client exposure, opportunity to see new cities, a lot of training opportunities. The longer you stay, the more valuable you become in industry. If you become a partner you're set for life. If you're in audit, you have a great career path in industry as a controller/CFO.

    Cons

Way too much red tape/bureaucracy, difficult to continue to progress in the same city or city of your choice; frequently need to move for higher level promotions. If you're not on the partner track you're just a number. Business model switched years ago where if you aren't busy they ship you off to keep you busy.
