I worked at PwC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great clients, smart people, training opportunities, commitment to the community, flexibility, leveraging of technology, ability to transfer and try new things

    Cons

Internal politics, unrealistic sales goals, not enough women in higher levels, demanding career from time and energy perspective

    Advice to Management

PwC made a huge commitment to its people by not doing layoffs during the recession. You could have really capitalized on that by stressing that the partners took pay cuts to protect their people and gotten so much loyalty in return. Instead the message became be thankful you have a job which made a lot of people resentful. Be realistic when setting expectations and sales targets.
