I have been working at PwC full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

One of the big 4. Brand is very reputed. Advisory is growing at double digits, lots of opportunity to grow fast.

Cons

Too big at times. Have to network heavily to get to know people and get the right assignments. Not all pockets are good, so check with local office before joining.

Advice to Management

Networking has to be two ways. Partners are sometime way too busy and don't make the effort to get to know employees.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. Compensation is fair and they are making an effort to increase flexibility

    Cons

The work life balance is minimal at best. I have found you can run into a lot neurotic reviewers who can make you feel pretty bad about your work (even if its pretty decent generally....I've been a top performer while at PwC).

    Advice to Management

Work to find a reasonable balance in the expectations of documentation and work to be performed. Also, be more cognizant of the jobs that exist within your company, and who is staffed on them, as its been my experience that many times an employee will enter a non-stop busy season.
