I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Work with smart, hard working people. Move up the ladder quick. Tons of training that gets you more than enough CPE per year. Looks great on your resume and will be a great start to your career.

Cons

Employees work hard, sometimes too hard. It's hard to find work-life balance if you don't have the right manager(s).
