I worked at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

You need experience at a public firm in order to get your CA and make a ton of friends in the process. PwC people seem to be more social and "fun" than other big firms (at least in this city).

Cons

Huge workload and lots of (unpaid) overtime. Can be extremely stressful at times, but I guess that's the price you pay for attaining a CA.

    Pros

You work with some of the smartest people in accounting. There are a lot of opportunities for cross-line of service work.

    Cons

The hours are really long sometimes, somehow technology is always an issue which isn't right for a large accounting firm.

    Advice to Management

Completely redo the IT system, and listen to your employee's feedback.

    Pros

Provides abundant opportunities for self development.

    Cons

People are underpaid considering their experience and skills

    Advice to Management

Pay according to experience and skills and not role. Higher right experience and skills for the role.
