I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice to enter with a cohort of peers.
Many Managers, Directors, Partners have an open door policy.
Lots of flexibility, lots of good benefits.

    Cons

Very structured career development, i.e. not rewarded for doing well and hard to get fired, so everyone just does mediocre.
When things get very busy, flexibility out the window, so there is a trade off.
There are a lot of Managers, Directors that throw Associates under the bus.
A lot of senior people are smart talented, but sometimes you question the quality of people that you are surrounded by. (Most talented Associates/Senior ASsociates leave the firm.)

    Advice to Management

Make sure you let Associates give upward feedback about Senior Associates, Managers, and Directors. They do 90% of the work, and if they were treated with a little more respect, probably will reduce some turnover (although, it is part of their business model to have people leave, and just replace them with new college graduates.)
