I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Intrelligent people, top quality product/output, top pay and a literal growing field of new knowledge and experiential learning. Flat organizational structure. Empowered people at all levels. Exciting and creative environment.

Cons

So much travel and time spent away from the family made work life balance very difficult.

Advice to Management

Project managers were weak in people/organizational management.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

PwC provides significant exposure to a wide variety clients, many of whom are Fortune 500 and 1000 businesses. Networking connections made are great for building a future career.

    Cons

As with most Big Four Accounting Firms, it is a very fast-paced culture. Although flexibility is preached as goal, in reality it is very difficult to have a family or get involved outside of work due to the significant time commitment needed to work with many of the firm's clients.

I worked at PwC as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great exposure to financial services. There's isn't a whole lot of places where you'll be exposed to as many different industries as PwC.
Great team based setting where you'll be mentored by very smart people.
Open door policies where interns can just pop into a manager or director's office for a chat.
    Can't complaint about the paid.

    Cons

Long hours, but then again everyone should've known when they signed up for a Big Four firm.

    Advice to Management

Management are doing fine, keep up the good work.
