I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

access to up-to-date reports, different methodologies, nice team when you are lucky (I was :)

    Cons

you have to produce lots of corpo-speech and tell clients that it's the best expertise - while you have just googled it or just found it out. no investment in really ambitious training, just delivered by internal coaches - they are super nice but deliver not most innovative or most brilliant knowledge on the market. Consultants have to be very creative and think how to do projects - while managers should teach them that

    Advice to Management

Invest in people, send them to best experts for training - don't pretend you are expert in fields you have no idea about. give people more time for knowledge sharing - maybe senior management has great knowledge but doesn't have time to share it with junior staff
