Pros

One of the best reasons to work at pwc is the diversity of the clients and projects. There is such a range and this keeps life interesting

Cons

There can be a fair amount of travel involved and it can be hard to strike the right work / life balance.

    Cons

    Can become safe (velvet coffin) and not as much ability to innovate or be creative.
    Working internal rather than client facing is very undervalued by the business

    Be more innovative
    Value and listen to all employees

    I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Sometimes interesting assignments
    Good exposure to wide range of professionals
    There are good professionals to learn from

    Cons

    No work life balance (70 hours week during busy season and 50 hours in off peak is a norm)
    No bonuses
    No clearly defined benefits for no work life balance
    Emotional supervisors ( some of them), no matter what effort are place and what results are achieved there is always a chance to be blamed
    Personal relations within the firm is key factor for good career
    90% of work is routine assignments
