Pros

Great opportunities available to expand your experience and build your resume.

Cons

With such a large company, sometimes it can be a bit difficult to find where or whom to go to find certain things. This seems to be reduced by having a good coach assigned to you with emphasis on the word "good." Not all coaches are created equal unfortunately. But you can always switch.

Advice to Management

I'd like to see more emphasis placed on training employees internally.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work was interesting, and seeing how a variety of companies operate, gives you good exposure to a variety of different cultures.

    Cons

You are only as good as your last project, if client doesn't like you, you might get thrown under a bus. There was little effort made to send to training, internal or external, despite numerous requests in order to learn firm methodologies. You were expected to produce.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your new employees, teach them how PwC does business.
