I worked at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

PwC has a fast-paced work environment - if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere. They hire the best and brightest, no matter what package they come in. Training is first-rate and plentiful.

Cons

PwC's business model tends to heavily leverage young talent. There is a high level of turnover amongst young staff.

Advice to Management

Access to clients through IEPs tends to be somewhat restricted. Even access to IEPs to present ideas tends to be a little difficult. There needs to be a better process for getting new ideas to clients.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, good experience, good as a stepping stone

    Cons

Jobs depend on how much you're liked as opposed to merit. Doesn't take a smart person to do a lot of the jobs -- it's just long hours. This isn't a job...this is a lifestyle.

    Advice to Management

Your job is to work us hard so you can make money. I get it. A little bit more appreciation for working a minimum of 10 hours a day to get "meets expectations" and living on the road all the time would be great. There's a huge pay difference between partners and the people actually doing the work.
