Pros

Great atmosphere. There were a huge number of opportunities for advancement and the people were friendly and very willing to help if I need any questions answered. I am so happy I could take the time to really get to know everyone

Cons

There were too many people working in the organization and this was a really hard thing for me to get used to . I also have trouble figuring out what to do but I got some help which was nice .

I have been working at PwC full-time

    Pros

Global network, good learning and development opportunities.

    Cons

Mandatory retirement age for partners at 60 makes advancement for those over 50 difficult. Very political culture.

    Advice to Management

60 is the new 40. This policy is unsustainable.
