    Pros

A very cohesive and supportive group of people. New initiatives for flexible work schedules alleviate some of the strains of long work hours.

I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Awesome people, great benefits, offices and amenities. Great for career building if you can handle Bureaucracy.

    Cons

Travel (extensive in Advisory consulting); some Advisory Directors on the assignments need very urgent soft skills and project management training.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work but also re-train or filter the few Directors in Advisory who do not deserve their position.
