Pros

Incredible opporutnities to learn - different competencies, different projects
Great opporutnities to travel - if that's what you want to do
Great training on issue based problem solving and storytelling - very helpful in any career

Cons

No worklife balance
Rain makers can get away with poor people skills
(Very) risk adverse

Advice to Management

Make it a cool culture (eg like Google)
Increase variable salary eg give shares to people below partners

    Pros

    With a worldwide network of affiliated firms and multiple lines of service, there is ample opportunity to grow professionally. Like any big four firm, PwC makes significant investments in its people and technology, which position the firm to attract the biggest and most sophisticated clients. This type of experience is highly valuable.

    Cons

    It is no secret that hard work and sometimes long hours are expected from many of the professionals working in the firm.
