Pros

Great feedback, and ability for upward mobility is great. PwC also took a great approach with minimum layoffs with the hope of retaining top talent.

Cons

Pay tends to be a little lower than peers. Raises and promotions only happen once per year. Bonuses are some what small.

Advice to Management

Complete review cycles twice a year for promotion. Also, give more transparency on what it takes to make partner, begin the partner funnel earlier in career.

    Pros

-PwC continues to recruit young, smart, and fun people.
-The salary and benefits are in line with competitors.
-If you are smart, stay late, bill a lot of hours, and are ambitious you'll easily make it from Associate>Sr. Associate>Manager within 5-8 years. However, making it to the next level (Director and Partner) is difficult as it becomes more political.

    Cons

    -Expected to work late/weekends.
-Expected to bill at least 70%.

    Advice to Management
