I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

Pros

The LA office is very flexible - most people work from home on Fridays, even during busy season
Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities
Good group of associates/seniors in general

Cons

This group (valuations) is a dying group. The work is very heavy on the C1 (audit client) side
The directors are horrible people to work with
The partner does not know what's happening in the group
Lower levels of work mean no bonus for associates

Advice to Management

Stop driving out the top talent at the associate/senior level, you're only promoting middle talent and you're losing your best managers and directors. Stop promoting people only in July, and allow top performing second year associates the opportunity to be promoted if they've earned it.

I have been working at PwC full-time

    Pros

Been with the firm for 2 years and still love it. Friendly staff, good pay for fresh graduates, learn a lot of peers and managers and flexibility. You can choose to work whenever is comfortable with you as long as you finish your project by deadline.

    Cons

Long hours but you know when it is going to end.. busy season is from Dec-April..
Other than that, there is really nothing else that I would complain about PwC.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!
