    Challenging work. Flexibility a priority. Great place to build a solid business foundation.

    Cons

    Political and bureaucratic environment, which is typical of all the Big Four accounting firms. Long hours and frequent travel for client serving staff.

    Advice to Management

    Get out and around and meet your people.

    People are always willing to answer questions. You will learn so much from the training sections and from your own team. Opportunities to interact with client and manage your own team at a young age.

    Cons

    long hours during busy season, but that's typical for a big 4 career.
