      Permanent work from home, plenty of learning opportunities

      Cons

      Extremely unreasonable work-life balance. Most employees work well over 9-10 hours per day. Often, we are forced to work during weekends and government holidays.

      Nothing good to say on the Pros

      Cons

      Every end of the month, you'll be scared whether the salary will receive or not. PF will be detected but not credited in PF account Only Showcasing employees will get Hike. Not hard-working employees. Overtime will be approved but never compensated.
