Pros

- Leadership; From the CEO to the department managers or lead. They genuinely care for your well-being as a human being and will work tirelessly to make sure that they provide you the ability to grow in your desired career, whether it's your current position or not. - Colleagues; The hiring process that Redzone makes candidates go through is extensive for a reason - they only hire the best individuals out there. This is truly what makes Redzone great, its people. I worked with intelligent and humble human beings. - Technology; Redzone and its leadership won't blink twice and implement the latest and greatest technology that there is out there. This means you are constantly learning new tech and staying up to date.

Cons

- You must be willing to evolve rapidly. The process or tool that is used today might not be the same as the one of tomorrow or the day after. - It might not be a negative to some, but to others: You have to be able to manage yourself; If you're coming from a large corporate-like environment, you will have to learn to manage yourself and continue staying busy.

Pros

When I first started, it was fantastic. The leadership was great and extremely knowledgeable. The sales teams were full of young, hungry and talented people. Spent lots of time and money on development and training both in sales techniques and almost exclusively promoted internally.

Cons

In the past 12 months things have changed drastically. Over half of the sales teams, including two high level VP’s who helped shape the company have left. The turnover had gotten to be so much that I feel like I saw new people on every call for a six month span and saw another announcement of someone who had been there for 5+ years had left.
