    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at QBSI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you get along with senior management, your job is secure and they are willing to move you around to find a place.

    Cons

Upper management promotes mostly their family and friends.

If you disagree with management, they take it personally and it becomes extremely difficult to work effectively.

Professional development program is more of a popularity contest rather than based on merit.

    Advice to Management

Don't take it personally if employees disagree with you. If you hire professionals, you need to trust their judgement. Otherwise, why spend so much money on talent you're not going to use?
