      - Will learn how to problem solve and multitask - Gain of experience in multiple areas

      Cons

      - Chaotic and everything is urgent - Not enough staff so everyone does multiple roles and is overworked - No real room for growth - Lots of control - It’s so hard to get answers or help from managers. Once you do responses are still not clear - Many ethical issues

      You get to work on international clients, people let you be really involved in the design process and encourage you to do your best
