Culture: The culture of Qrails is unlike any other I have experienced. Everyone is there to help you learn and management has truly made it feel that way. No matter the position or tenure of a colleague, everyone will do what they can to help you understand information and achieve your goals.
Work Hard, Play Hard: While we work extremely hard to make the company and our products successful, we also like to take the time to get to know each other and take time away from our computers. Between company happy hours, pool game tournaments, and pot lucks, we have built a balanced environment of work and fun.
Path to success: I have never believed in an upper management team like I do this one. They truly care about their employees and make sure to get to know everyone on an individual basis. They work incredibly hard to ensure success in the company, as well as, making sure to help their employees accomplish their overall career goals.
Cons
While compensation is fair, the benefits are not as substantial as other companies, but still solid. Being a small company makes this understandable, as well.
