Pros

Employee Discount
Full-Time Benefits
Able to be independent when it comes to going on your break and going home. Rather than waiting around for management to tell you can leave.

Cons

Not supportive management. It seems favorites are chosen.
AHT is unrealistic. There are some customers that need a lot of assistance.
Different stories from coaching teachers.
Felt discriminated because of having trouble understanding.

Advice to Management

Understand everyone has different ways of learning according to their brain chemistry.
In order to keep a company making a great financial gain. It's best to spend time with our customers assisting with their needs. Rather than rushing and making them not feel valued.

    I worked at QVC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent Company.. Easy to learn the warehouse process. Excellent shift work hours. Most employees are helpful and friendly to work with. Good benefits.

    Cons

    There are some slackers who make it hard on other employees. Lack of guidance from supervisors. Need better support for employees.

    Advice to Management

    Better management of ALL employees.
