Pros

Incredible experience so far. The company is at the cutting edge of both AI and Cybersecurity, and the work we do feels both challenging and meaningful. The leadership is visionary, the team is full of stars, and the tech stack is modern and exciting to work with.

Cons

As a fast-growing startup, processes and priorities can shift quickly, which may not suit everyone, and might be overwhelming for someone new to the startup environment. But definitely something you get used to as you go ;)

Pros

- Many realistic opportunities to learn and contribute to the company’s growth at this stage. - Everyone has a voice in how things are done, regardless of experience level, from intern to 'Head Of' - The founders are really accessible - Good vibes!

Cons

- Super fast paced - for me it's an advantage, but it's not for everyone to work in a Start Up with such ambition!

Pros

- Innovative Projects: Working on cutting-edge AI in the cybersecurity space, both challenging and hugely growing areas with lots of challenges and opportunity to gain valuable career experience. - Collaborative Environment: The team culture is highly supportive and collaborative. Every voice matters, and cross-functional collaboration happens daily. - Ownership and Responsibility: As an early stage startup you get exposure to many different areas, responsibilities and you really get to take ownership of your work and make a tangible impact. - Leadership Support: Leadership is approachable, passionate, and committed to creating a positive, transparent culture where feedback is valued, and issues are openly discussed

Cons

-It's an early stage startup, so there's the reality of not having highly mature processes and structures in place -There's a lot of initiative taking expected, no waiting around to be spoon fed your next tasks, so if you need highly structured environments it may not fit too well. -We're trying to do a lot quickly, so the work can be intense at times due to the scope of what we're trying to do, and changing priorities that are typical of startups (though we work to make sure direction, strategy, and justifications for what we're doing clear at all times).
