Pros

- Friendly teammates. Everyone is nice and willing to hear your feedbacks. - Positive and supportive environment - Good benefits - The C-levels are supportive, calm, and helpful. I respect them - Objectives are clear - Remote-friendly - Work equipment is provided by the company

Cons

- No clear career ladder for now - SOPs and documentation are still being organized. It can feel messy at times, especially for new team members trying to onboard. The team is actively working on improving this, so it's heading in the right direction. - There is no mentorship in my team. So if you hit the ceiling or want to grow further, you're largely on your own to figure it out
