I worked at Quad/Graphics full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

They want their employees suggestions and to be engaged with the management of the company.

Cons

They pay less then market.
They are starting to be run by accounts.
Buying Worldcolor forced them to abandon most of their founders business principles.

Advice to Management

Go back to Harry's Principles.

    hard managed workflow tools, employee's benefits are not up to the market level for the company of this size.

    Advice to Management

    review current tools to make them better supported on 24 hour basis. Provide comprehensive training sessions for all production level of positions.
