      2 individuals at the top (not CEO) are really good. they know and have built the company from scratch. rest of the management is just time-pass

      Cons

      Pathetic HR Biasness is in the air. close people are treated with great opportunities and the remainder of the people are just pawns with a CTC. just reporting work and a few decent projects at hand.

      They would throw you off a cliff if the client asked them to. No perks apart from salary Completely outsources you to the client

      other review are seems to be fake extremely poor work life balance, people constantly reaching out to phone even on weekends pressurize to work even more than 14 hours some days any random day 10 hour + work is normal
