Lala Company Hr management think they run this company will micromanage you for your office time even though they don't know a thing about the nature of your work. They will send you warnings if you happen to do not comply with their policies which are really surreal and irrelevant. The director really plays a diplomatic role but underneath he just wants you to stress test his infrastructure which is really worse. Every quant in this company really wants to quit because of opportunities this form offers.

Not so many things to like

Bad Politics and no job security if you resign then they'll ask you to leave the organization on the same day while their NP is 3 months so policies doesn't matter for management to take the decisions even if you have given 3-4 years of yours to the organization. HR and whole management is puppet of Only one senior employee in IT who's like a GOD for them you can't expect justice in any case from them so please think once before joining & thanks me later, specially for female employees as they don't prefer to hire female employees in IT because as per them female can't support in work in comparison to males Also if you leave 1 min before the end time of your job due to traffic or cab bookings that will also become the topic for discussion in meeting to give the warning Micro management for females, you can't even enjoy freely your tea break No appreciation for work from your seniors
