      - Fantastic work environment with incredibly smart and talented people - Best group of engineers I've had the pleasure of working with. I learn something new everyday - Get to work on lots of interesting computer science-y problems - Awesome offices in a great location - I've worked in many amazing companies (start ups, banks, consultancies). I can honestly say this is the best place I've worked

      Pros

      One of the few AI companies looking outside of their own tech stack to bring the best customer experience and revenue impact to their customer base. While most optimization platforms focus on antiquated and often misleading machine learning strategies, Qubit partners with the best of breed to bring the best personalization offerings to market fast and what is best for the customer.

      Cons

      Qubit has the unique ability to make the important personalization strategies easy while having the agility to make almost anything possible. That level of customization comes with challenges.
