Pros
One of the few AI companies looking outside of their own tech stack to bring the best customer experience and revenue impact to their customer base. While most optimization platforms focus on antiquated and often misleading machine learning strategies, Qubit partners with the best of breed to bring the best personalization offerings to market fast and what is best for the customer.
Cons
Qubit has the unique ability to make the important personalization strategies easy while having the agility to make almost anything possible. That level of customization comes with challenges.

Everyone in Qubit is passionate about their job and they are constantly looking for ways to bring more success to the organization. Asking questions and learning new things is highly encouraged, and even those who seem the busiest within the organization always have time to help those who seek it. Qubit is also a diverse work place where you feel comfortable being yourself and gain exposure to unique ideas.
