Pros

good benefits, good wages, great commissions structure. Workload 40+ Hours a week but one can maintain a good balance between work and life.

Cons

Non-management employees that do not want to work and provide poor performance are protected well because of the union while manager can be fired at any time without notice or documentation or warnings.

Advice to Management

Work with managers not against them as it relates to managing non-management employees and the union.
