Pros
I have had the pleasure of working and learning from some very knowledgeable people who have had a 20 years plus in personal finance. The staff are friendly, including the 3 senior managers who are always helpful when I have had any personal issues. The company has been supportive of my personal development, allowing me to complete financial fraud courses in worktime.
Cons
The business operates in the subprime lending sector, so sometimes the customers can be problematic and abusive. Hours can be long and whilst there used to be the possibility of working from home, it's now 100% office based.
