I have been working at Quicken Loans full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Laid back culture with a "work hard, play hard" mentality. Always promoting a positive atmosphere and directors are easy to talk to.

Cons

Can get to be a bit draining if you have a few bad days in a row. But you gotta take the lows with the highs.

Advice to Management

Encourage and maintain fluid communication between all levels.

    Pros

-They pay for your licenses and training, and you get discounts on some sister companies

    Cons

Treat employees like slaves, forcing them to work 60+ hours or else you get scrutinized by management. Constantly have your job security threatened.

I have been working at Quicken Loans full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Open door policy means comfortbility to approach leaders and seak out growth oppourtunities. If you are curious about a job or growing within the company, team leaders are very willing to sit down with you to discuss what is needed. These goals are achievable and not unrealistic.

    Cons

When you become a team member at Quicken Loans, its normal to work 10+ hours per day. After about a year, one gets used to the hours and plans their life around it. Don't expect to be able to immediately request time off or have them work around your personal life. You need to put some quality time into the company before this type of work ethic can be temporarily acceptable.

    Advice to Management

My advice is to ask the Team Leaders continue to push their careers forward as well. As Team Leaders move up, others are asked to step up.
