I have been working at Quicken Loans full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is always opportunity at QL. Once you get past the training and the first few months on the floor you not only start to see the commission increase but also the opportunities for advancement. It's all laid out as a Fortune 100 company should be. If you put forth the effort and the numbers not only with the $ follow but so will the personal time.

    Cons

Initially the hours seem tough and the pay seems less than you should be making for a college degree. On a side note, once you put in some effort you'll make more than any of your old college roommates.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Quicken Loans as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Quicken has a very positive atmosphere. Everyone is treated fairly. However you are expected to be productive. Overall the culture is great and it creates a fun and laid back environment

    Cons

In mortgage banking especially early on, you are expected to be overly committed in my opinion. The work/life balance is very one-sided

    Advice to Management

continue building upon the great culture
